Canadian Shores is now offering, for new manufactured homes placed in Canadian Shores:

$1,000  PLUS

• $1,000 towards hookups, or
• $1,000 towards downpayment for a new manufactured home moved into Canadian Shores Manufactured Home Community

We also offers affordable rates for the family who is interested in a beautiful place to live where neighbors are friendly and it is a pleasure to come home at the end of a busy day. Our rates include FREE WATER and SEWER. We have sites to accommodate 18' X 80' and multi-section manufactured home:

• $245 a month for a single-section
• $275 a month for a mutli-section
