Kings Row is now offering, for new 60’ and 70’ manufactured homes:

• $99 per month site rent for the first 12 months. After the first 12 months, site rent will be $265/month. OR
• $600 towards utility hookups, with the balance financed, without interest, at $50 per month payback.

We offer affordable rates for the family who is interested in a beautiful place to live where the neighbors are friendly and it is pleasure to come home at the end of a busy day.

Site rent is:

• $265 a month for 60' and 70' single-section home
• $280 a month for 80' single-section and multi-section home

New residents will be required to complete all paperwork prior to locating their home within Kings Row.
