Riverbend is now offering $1,000 toward the purchase of a new manufactured home placed in our community.

We also offers affordable rates for the family who is interested in a beautiful place to live where neighbors are friendly and it is a pleasure to come home at the end of a busy day. We have sites to accommodate 18' X 80' and multi-section manufactured home. Site rent includes FREE WATER and SEWER SERVICES:

• $230 a month for a single-section
• $245 a month for a mutli-section
