Shannon Valley Manufactured Home Community is now offering $1,000 move-in incentive for a new manufactured home placed in our community.

We also offers affordable rates for the family who is interested in a beautiful place to live where neighbors are friendly and it is a pleasure to come home at the end of a busy day. We have sites to accommodate 18' X 80' and multi-section manufactured home.
